For clients who wish to buy a home in Turkey we, at DST Property Centre, would like to offer you a three days information and viewing trip.
Just buy your flight ticket* to Turkey and we will arrange your transfers and 3 nights' accommodation free of charge.
It's our promise that we will not pressure you to buy during your trip, but we will try our best to find you the property you are looking for, so we do ask that you are in a position to buy before you come with us.
Tour Schedule
Your accomodation will be in a friendly clean questhouse.
The first morning after breakfast an English speaking person will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the office. In the office you will be provided with information on the type of property you require and our new developments. We will take you to the places you want to see.
If you decide on that day to make a purchase, you can pay for the deposit the same day. If the client wishes, a bank account can be opened.
The next day you will be accompanied by a english-spoeaking person to the solicitors. After that they will take you to the advocate again with an english speaking person to prepare your sales agreement to be signed by both buyer and seller. During the inspection trip we can take the client to a furniture shop, white goods and curtain shop to choose his/her furniture and on completion of the property the furniture can be delivered to the property which will have already been cleaned.
(Please note this service is provided to clients who purchase with us. If purchase is cancelled or you purchase with another real estate acency these fees will be chargeable on entry to Turkey. In no way is the cost of our inspection trip reflected to our property prices. We offer standard prices to all of our clients.)
